The Aurora Property Buy-Write Income Trust strategy is to purchase Australian listed property securities and then write options with the aim to provide additional income over the medium term.  The Trust may use gearing to enhance the investment strategy and may buy put options to protect the portfolio.

It is intended the Trust will be listed on the ASX.  The commission for successful applications is 2.5% plus GST.

Should you invest through DIY Investing we rebate up to 90% of the net commission.  Depending on the size of your investment the rebate works out to be up to around 2.25% of your investment.  The rebate is paid by cheque after we receive the commission from Aurora Funds Management.  We rebate 90% of the net commission provided the commission is at least $1,000.  Alternatively, we rebate 100% of the net initial commission less $100 if the commission is less than $1,000.

The minimum investment is $2,000.
