Rebates: Should
you invest in Class E, Class F or Class G units through DIY Investing and fund your
investment with a loan from Macquarie we rebate
100% of the
net Entry commission. This is paid in the
form of a reduction in the Loan Establishment Fee.
This means you will not need to pay the 2% Loan
Establishment Fee. This fee would be payable
if you invested directly through Macquarie.
In addition, should you fund your investment with a loan
from Macquarie and maintain a loan balance of at
least $50,000 for a full Financial Year, as
a special
offer to Flexi 100 Trust June 2009 investors DIY Investing
will rebate
50% of the
loan ongoing commission. The loan ongoing
commission is 0.50% per annum. This
rebate is paid to you annually in arrears at the
end of each Financial Year.
