DIY Investing offers mortgages exclusively with
BMC Mortgage Corporation. BMC
has a wide range of loans to suit most borrowers.
The loans include:
* homeowners loans,
* investment loans,
* construction loans,
* low documentation loans,
* commercial loans, and
* line of credit.DIY Investing rebates 50% of the
upfront commission on residential mortgages and
one third of the net upfront commission on
commercial mortgages. We currently deal exclusively with BMC
Mortgage Corporation Pty Limited.
On residential mortgages BMC pays DIY Investing Pty Ltd 0.70%
net upfront commission. We will rebate 50% of
the net upfront commission; which is 0.35% of the loan
amount. Therefore on a $200,000 mortgage we
pay a $700 rebate. On a $500,000
mortgage we pay a $1,750 rebate. The rebate is paid
after DIY Investing Pty Ltd has received the
commission from BMC.
On commercial mortgages BMC pays DIY Investing Pty Ltd 0.30%
net upfront commission. We will rebate one
third of
the net upfront commission; which is 0.10% of the loan
amount. Therefore on a $1,000,000 mortgage we
pay a $1,000 rebate. The rebate is paid
after DIY Investing Pty Ltd has received the
commission from BMC.
Due to state government legislation we require
the completion of a Finance Broking Contract prior
to commencement of the mortgage application.
